👉 Example: If we are correcting your mother's name on your Texas birth certificate, the state of Texas will ask us for a new and apostilled birth certificate of your mother.

How it works:

• The new birth certificate must be purchased in Mexico, from your mother's state of birth.
• That document is then apostilled in Mexico.
• Once ready, it is mailed to our central office and then submitted to Texas Vital Statistics.
