We provide 2 mailing addresses. Both are directly linked to us. Both are safe.
If you desire to send your mail via USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or CERTIFIED MAIL (signature required), then the best option for you is the following:

If mailing from inside Mexico, no matter the carrier, you can mail it directly to our main Tijuana Office, which is open Monday to Saturday. Any delivery method is accepted here.

IF you are mailing us from Europe or the rest of the world, we have noticed that the US address is the safest and easiest for you, us and mail company. Please mail to:

Incoming Mail
Incoming mail is picked up at 1 pm each day at our 2 mailing addresses. Monday to Saturday.
FedEx, UPS, and USPS also deliver packages to our addresses on a daily basis.
Incoming mail is then taken to our main office where it is processed. We receive heavy mail intakes every day.
Please take this in mind, even if we receive your package, it might take us 1-2 business days to process and formally notify you.
You can always call for individual mail receipt notification.
Outgoing Mail
We take our correspondence to the mail every other day, including Saturday.
We mail through USPS.
We offer free shipping in all of our services through USPS regular mail. Please note this method does not provide a tracking number NOR it insures the documents.
We also offer our TRACKING AND INSURED method which is sent through UPS PRIORITY mail service.
We take pride in supporting USPS in our business.
If you desire to receive your mail via UPS / FEDEX / or any other special carrier, you are always welcome on purchasing and sending us the prepaid label.
If your order need special mailing instructions / attention, please contact us for help.
If you live OUTSIDE United States/Canada/Mexico, please help us by purchasing your own international label and sending it to us by email or WhatsApp. This will make things easier for you and us, and also be a transparent shipping pricing decision for yourself. Shipping internationally can escape our shipping budget.
Lost Mail
Sometimes, incoming clients have had the bad experience of having their documents being lost in the mail before they arrive to us. It could also happen when we mail them to you.
