DNEXPRESS ADD-ON SERVICE
DNExpress offers a $150 VIP Expedited Service as an add-on for eligible Mexican dual citizenship cases. VIP cases generally receive an individualized completion date within a maximum two-week timeframe, with the exact date agreed upon in writing. The underlying citizenship case must be paid in full. If DNExpress does not complete the case by the agreed written date, the $150 VIP fee is refunded and DNExpress continues working to complete the citizenship case.
Need Your Mexican Citizenship Case Completed Faster?
Some clients simply cannot wait through our standard processing timeline.
Maybe you have an upcoming trip to Mexico. Maybe you have a legal matter, property transaction, family matter, professional opportunity, or another important deadline.
Or maybe you simply want your case completed as quickly as possible.
For eligible Mexican dual citizenship cases, DNExpress offers our:
VIP EXPEDITED SERVICE
$150 USD Additional Fee
Your case receives an individualized expedited completion timeframe agreed upon in writing.
Generally Completed Within a Maximum of Two Weeks*
And if DNExpress does not complete your case within the timeframe we agreed to in writing:
We Refund Your $150 VIP Fee
Your underlying citizenship case will still be completed.
*Exact completion date and eligibility must be confirmed in writing by DNExpress for each case.
What Is the DNExpress VIP Service?
DNExpress processes a large number of Mexican citizenship cases.
Our VIP service is designed for customers who need their eligible dual citizenship case completed significantly faster than the standard processing timeline.
For an additional $150 USD, DNExpress individualizes the case, establishes an expedited completion timeframe, and prioritizes the case toward the completion date agreed upon in writing.
The VIP service generally provides a:
Maximum Two-Week Completion Timeframe
However, every VIP case must have its completion date confirmed in writing by DNExpress.
Some cases may be completed sooner.
In unusual circumstances, a different timeframe may be required. If so, that timeframe must be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
VIP Is Only Available for Mexican Dual Citizenship Cases
This is extremely important.
The DNExpress VIP Expedited Service is currently available only for eligible Mexican dual citizenship / Mexican citizenship cases processed by DNExpress.
VIP cannot be added to unrelated DNExpress services.
For example, VIP is not automatically available for:
- Birth certificate searches
- Historical record searches
- Birth certificate digitization
- Birth certificate corrections
- RFC services
- Mexican residency
- Passport appointments
- INE services
- Other document services
VIP = Mexican Citizenship Cases Only
If you’re unsure whether your citizenship case qualifies, contact DNExpress before purchasing the add-on.
How Fast Is VIP?
The standard VIP objective is:
Maximum Two Weeks
The exact completion date will be established in writing.
For example:
If DNExpress receives everything required for your eligible VIP case on:
Friday, September 4
One week is:
Friday, September 11
Two weeks is:
Friday, September 18
Therefore, if September 18 is the completion date agreed upon in writing, DNExpress commits to completing the case by that date.
The actual agreed date for your case controls.
Some VIP Cases Can Be Completed Even Faster
Two weeks is generally the maximum VIP timeframe, not necessarily how long every case will take.
Depending on the circumstances, some cases can be completed sooner.
However, DNExpress will not advertise an unrealistic completion date simply to sell the VIP service.
Every Case Is Different.
Before the VIP commitment becomes applicable, DNExpress must determine that the case qualifies and confirm the expedited completion date in writing.
The DNExpress VIP Promise
This is the most important part of the service.
When DNExpress accepts your case for VIP processing, we agree in writing to an expedited completion date.
If We Meet the Date
Your citizenship case is completed within the agreed expedited timeframe.
If We Miss the Date
DNExpress will:
1. Refund the $150 VIP Fee
and
2. Continue Working Until Your Citizenship Case Is Completed
You do not lose your underlying citizenship service because the VIP deadline was missed.
The refund applies to the $150 VIP add-on fee, not automatically to the underlying Mexican citizenship service.
What If the Government Causes the Delay?
DNExpress is still responsible for the VIP commitment we made to you.
If a government-related delay causes DNExpress to miss the completion date agreed upon in writing:
We refund the $150 VIP fee.
We will also continue processing and completing your citizenship case as quickly as possible.
In other words, DNExpress does not tell a VIP customer:
“The government delayed us, so the VIP promise doesn’t apply.”
If we agreed to the deadline and miss it, the VIP fee is refundable under the applicable terms.
VIP Customers Must Pay Their Case in Full
VIP processing requires the underlying eligible Mexican citizenship service to be:
PAID IN FULL
The customer must pay:
The full balance of the Mexican citizenship case
+
$150 VIP Expedited Service
before the expedited VIP processing begins, subject to the written agreement for the case.
This allows the team to move the case through the expedited workflow without waiting for additional payments.
Who Should Consider VIP?
VIP is designed for customers who place a high value on speed and a defined completion date.
It may be appropriate for someone who:
- Has upcoming travel
- Has a legal matter in Mexico
- Has a time-sensitive transaction
- Needs Mexican documentation for an upcoming matter
- Has a professional deadline
- Has an athletic or professional commitment
- Has a personal deadline
- Does not want to wait through the standard processing timeframe
- Simply wants the fastest eligible DNExpress citizenship processing available
We’ve designed the service for people who can say:
“I need this done quickly, and I want a date.”
Do I Need to Be a Celebrity or Athlete?
Absolutely not.
VIP can be useful for athletes, public figures, professionals, business owners, travelers, and customers with urgent legal or personal matters.
But you don’t need a special reason.
If your eligible Mexican citizenship case qualifies and you prefer expedited processing, you may request VIP.
Sometimes You Just Don’t Want to Wait.
That’s a good enough reason.
