The mail cycle

How The Mail Is Processed

01 — Incoming Mail

Picked up daily (Monday–Saturday) at 1pm from both addresses. FedEx, UPS and USPS also deliver directly. Even after we receive a package, processing and confirming it can take 1–2 business days — call any time for a status check.

02 — Outgoing Mail

We go to the post office every other day, including Saturdays. Standard USPS mail ships free with every service, though it carries no tracking or insurance — ask for our tracked & insured option, sent UPS Priority, if you’d rather have both.

03 — Lost Mail

It happens rarely, but documents can go missing in transit — before they reach us, or after we mail them back to you. Every case is covered by our Safe Mail Warranty; contact us right away and we will help make it right.

Still Have A Mailing Question?

Reach us directly — by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form — and we’ll help you sort it out.
